Daisly helps you plan your day, manage tasks, coordinate groups, and use focus sessions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information, such as your name, username, email address, and sign-in provider identifiers.
• Planning content you create in Daisly, such as tasks, routines, subtasks, notes, schedules, group invitations, and group task status.
• Calendar or task data you choose to connect, such as Google Calendar events, Google Tasks, reminders, availability, and related metadata needed to sync your plan.
• Subscription and purchase status, such as product identifiers, entitlement status, and renewal information provided by Apple or RevenueCat.
• Device, app, and diagnostic information, such as app version, device type, language, crash logs, and performance data.
• Support messages you send to us.

How we use information

• To provide the app, sync your tasks and calendar, and keep your timeline accurate.
• To enable account sign-in, group planning, notifications, and subscription access.
• To improve reliability, fix bugs, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
• To comply with legal, security, and App Store obligations.

Connected services

If you connect Google Calendar or Google Tasks, Daisly uses the access you authorize only to provide sync and planning features. You can revoke access from your Google account settings. If iCloud features are enabled, Apple may process related data under Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.

Payments

Payments are processed through Apple in-app purchases. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements.

Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us run Daisly, such as authentication, database, payment entitlement, analytics, crash reporting, hosting, and customer support providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect Daisly, users, or the public.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Daisly, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You may request deletion of your account or data by contacting us.

Your choices

• You can edit or delete tasks and routines inside the app.
• You can disconnect third-party services from their provider settings.
• You can cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
• You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.

Children

Daisly is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

International use

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect your information.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app or website when appropriate.
