These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Daisly, including the iPhone app, website, subscriptions, and related services. By using Daisly, you agree to these Terms.

Using Daisly

Daisly is a planning app for tasks, routines, calendar-aware schedules, groups, and focus sessions. You are responsible for the information you add and for reviewing your schedule before relying on it.

Account

You may need an account to use sync, groups, or connected services. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions and trials

• Daisly Pro may be offered as monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple in-app purchases.
• If a free trial is available, Apple will show trial length, price, and renewal terms before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
• Prices may vary by country and currency and are displayed by Apple before purchase.

Connected services

Daisly may connect to services such as Google Calendar, Google Tasks, iCloud, notifications, and other tools you authorize. Availability and behavior of connected services may depend on those providers.

Groups and shared content

If you create or join groups, shared tasks and status may be visible to other group members according to the group features you use. Do not share content you are not allowed to share.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Daisly to violate laws, rights, or privacy of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Do not upload harmful, deceptive, or illegal content.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

Intellectual property

Daisly, including its design, branding, software, and content, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to the content you create, but grant us the permission needed to operate and sync the service.

Service changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Daisly. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we cannot guarantee every feature will always be available.

Disclaimers

Daisly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every schedule suggestion will fit your needs. Daisly is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daisly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Daisly at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use Daisly in a way that may harm the service or other users.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. By using Daisly, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app or website when appropriate. Continued use of Daisly means you accept the updated Terms.
